Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. The system is bilingual English/Arabic with full right-to-left (RTL) layout, bilingual labels, and regional date formats, so reception staff and supervisors can each work in the language they prefer.
How is my data secured?
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, with role-based access control, full audit trails, and daily backups. Managed cloud instances run on infrastructure certified to ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2, with KSA regional hosting available; operators with strict data-residency requirements can choose a dedicated on-premise deployment.
How long does onboarding take?
Setup and data migration are included in every plan. A single-camp operator with an existing Excel roster is typically live within days; multi-camp rollouts with per-client billing rates are scoped during the demo, usually one to two weeks.
Is my data isolated from other companies?
